Detailed Description
Mexico's Indigenous People learn about solar ovens
A fair in Mexico City on food security attracted a group of indigenous women belonging to an organization called "Caminemos Juntos" from Chiapas. They came to see food being cooked in the HotPot solar oven and to consult the educational training materials. Lorena Harp, the coordinator for the HotPot Initiative solar cooked stewed apples, rice pudding and fruit bread with raisins.
