| Detailed Description
|
|||||
| We collected a number of jam glasses and cleaned them to put the cherries inside. The glas can be filled and the lid should never be closed while it is in the solar stove, because the glas can explode by the pressure of the hot air. A little water can be added and no sugar is needed. The glases togheter with cherries must stay in the solar stove until the water and juice from the fruits starts to boil. Then the glasses must be taken out (careful, very hot) and the lid should be closes thight and the glas put upside-down on a flat surface until you hear a click (about 10 min). After this the cherries can be kept for many months and even years in stock. | |||||
